"For Obama, the bottom line is that he has been given great opportunities. The personal and national tragedy of Obama is that he has made poor use of such opportunities". This statement in the article can have two meanings depending on what side of the view you have. If he wanted what he does to be for the good of America then he has made poor use of such opportunities. If he wanted to destroy the USA he has made good choices. His truth depends on the view point. Truth is a fickle thing.
