Personally I really don't care much about CPAC, but just on logic, why would you invite someone who is clearly not a conservative to a conservative conference, unless you were looking for an opposing viewpoint? (which I don't think Christie would ever stand for) And why would you court an organization of people who clearly do not adhere to traditional marriage and family, which are very much conservative staples? Do you really think conservatives are ever going to be respected and listened to in the "gay" community unless they abandon their principles?

The answer, according to many with the conservative movement: Throw him overboard. And while we're at it, let's toss the gays over the side too.
