Yes, thank you for showing us your Republican legalistic response to George W. Bush's 'Faith Based Initiatives.' Anyone out there care to tell us how much this Republican experiment has cost us? Yet, another somnambulating legalistic response to actually reducing the size of government. You cite "Hein v. Freedom From Religion Foundation, 551 U.S. 587 (2007)" as a constitutionally-based Republican answer to even bigger government with George Bush's 'Faith Based Initiatives' when it suits your needs. A job well done for the legal profession! The pencil-pushers of the world, thank you! Tell us, does the Wannsee Conference have jurisdictional vindication and does it give legalistic cover to Nazi atrocities?
All these Republicans sound like people who demand REPARATIONS. Once again, these Republicans expose themselves as people who have an endless faith in BIG government when it suits their needs. Republicans have a slobbering love affair with BIG government when it works for them. These Republicans believe in BIG government for themselves, small government for everyone else.
Many Republicans give cover to their 'Faith Based Initiative' programs, and their socialist, statist, fascist compunctions by enconscing it in law. They trot out "Hein v. Freedom From Religion Foundation, 551 U.S. 587 (2007)" as cover to their socialist agenda. You see, Republicans are 'Living Constitutionalists' when it suits their needs. You see, Republicans also have a slobbering love affair with 'Judicial Activism' when it suits their needs. A core value of the Republican party and card-carrying members of the Republican party is 'small government for you, BIG government for me!'
This is their end game result, for they are desperate to get government involved in religion. As a matter of fact, a student in any school across America may pray whenever he or she chooses! And we don't need a government official mandating one. Why are these Republican Marxists so eager to get the government involved?

I learned at church that the heart of Christianity lays at having a personal relationship with God and being obedient to God only. Too many Republicans want to get the state involved with this relationship. Namely, by mandating a school prayer with an Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. They want to pass a law that mandates a school prayer. These Republicans want to do away with the gains of the Reformation and the 500 year notion of a personal relationship with God. They want to replace it with a CONTRACT; a contract where the parties are Big Government, every student in America, and the god of their choice. This is not right, and of course, these Republican Marxists never overtly talk about it.

The Republican Party defends its STATIST programs with this response, "The Faith Based Initiatives were effectively a partial privatization of welfare." What a typical BIG government Republican response. Privatization by means of yet another GOVERNMENT program is a response that MARX, Lenin, Stalin or Mao would be proud of. More Government is less government. Hooorrraahh! These Republicans are Orwellian nightmares.

Are government 'Faith-Based Initiatives' considered SOCIALISM? Isn't this government program redistributing wealth? From the government's very own web site; "Our Mission- The Task Force provides assistance to faith and community-based organizations in identifying funding opportunities within the Federal government for which they are eligible to apply." http://www.justice.gov/archive/fbci/index.html
