Going over the Moral Cliff

Michael Youssef talks like a great many fear-mongers who claim that morality is in decline. But people have been saying that for decades if not centuries. And he provides no research to back this up. In the past several decades, violent crime has gone down substantially. Murder, theft, and assult are all down according to the Justice Department. And blaming homosexuality makes no sense. There have always been homosexauals and there have even been societies that acknowledged homosexual unions. It is not a sign of moral decline. And pretending it is only gives the impression of doomsaying and scapegoating.
