The Maya died out long before the Conquistadors came to America. I think you're referring to the Aztec. And most of the murder of the Native Americans was a result of small pox and not direct murder. That did happen, but not on the scale of the small pox plague. I don't think you can make effective arguments by using erroneous facts.
