Why does Hostess have to ask permission to go out of business? They petition the court to do take this action...doesn't make sense. Either you own your business or you don't. Personally, I like to think they have gone to Galt's Gulch and taken the twinkies with them .

Labor Unions have officially killed off the Twinkie. The company that makes the yummy treat announced today they will start to downsize operations (a.k.a. fire people) as a result of a long battle with union workers.
