Oh boy... almost too easy. Let's see...enhance gun control in Chicago. Here is my prescription: Vote to uphold 2nd Amendment rights to keep and bear arms; Vote to implement "Castle Doctrine" and "Stand your Ground Laws"; Vote to implement CCW for the entire city and surrounding suburban areas; Get training...the best professional training you can afford--get competent and proficient; Remember, control your breathing; Front Sight on target within 10 meters; Sight on Center Mass...train for two to the body, one to the head; Remember to squeeze the trigger...do not jerk or anticipate the shot...let the weapon do its job; Maintain your weapon on target until target is no longer a danger to you or others. Good luck & God bless!

Also important: Move after firing. The scumbag may will have someone else with him, so move from your first firing position where return fire may be directed.

Great post!

Items #1,2 and 3 are essential MUST-haves.

The City of Chicago is asking residents for tips on how to "get illegal guns" off the streets and they're using Twitter to take responses.

The initiative is part of Chicago Ideas Week, an annual forum for innovators, artists, scientists and others to share ideas and inspire action.

Those who think they know how to cut off the flow of illegal guns into Chicago are being asked to tweet them with the hashtag (hash)whatifchicago.

The best submitted ideas will be debated at an Oct. 11 panel discussion.
