don't be so hard on poor Piers. He is only here because of his British accent. Just like on public television it seems to attract dozens of viewers. His main stay is sarcasm which pretty much holds in the British Isles as they have really nothing else to be proud of. He will eventually crawl back home.

I come from a British background (on my mom's side) and always love to point out to people that while Americans are infatuated with the accent (as though that were some indicator of intelligence), there are just as many dopes there as here.
