Some would call it a tatical retreat. A gamble some did not want to take . It is now what it is and we have to make the best of it. As I have posted on other articles . Get up and look in the mirror and ask that person what are you doing or going to do ? For it is up to that person looking back at you to do what ever it takes to effect the outcome . Get off your duff and I include my self , to work ,donate if you can, to the conserv. of your choice or even run for elective office at the local ,state ,federal level. Because just whinning and posting will not get the job done.

Over at HughHewitt.com I have ventured the opinion that perhaps --just perhaps-- originalists will eventually recognize Chief Justice Robert's decision and opinion yesterday as a bit of judicial genius that will be his Marbury v. Madison --the case that at first glance seemed a win for an executive whom the then Chief Justice opposed but which was in reality a huge win for the Court and the original design of the Constitution.

We won't have even a preliminary assessment for at least four months, and even if Mitt Romney wins the presidency, the success of this...
