That has to be one of the "gifts" your president gave to his loyal voting block. Of course, it will lead to generations being on the dole and they will never get off. Sucks if you are a person doomed to a life of poverty and the resulting low self esteem. But it's great for the party who gives out the gifts. LBJ said something similar abouit a certain group of people. Words to the effect of "I will have them _______ voting democratic for generations to come. He was right.

The Obama Administration proposal to fix the "fiscal cliff" coming at the end of the year called for $1.6 trillion in tax hikes over current policy. House Speaker John Boehner said he was "flabbergasted" when presented with the proposal this week.
