Have you ever noticed how the best laws are the most brief. The Ten Commandments can easily fit on one page. The Constitution, with all of its amendments, is less wordy than most zoning laws. Every Law is a restriction on Liberty.
In the past two weeks, I've highlighted ways we can reduce violent crime in the U.S. But I've saved the best and most powerful solutions for last because they work from the inside out.
