If the GOP ever gets back into power, one simple measure would prevent ever electing another Great Usurper in the future: the common-sense requirement that any presidential nominee pass the background check to hold a Top Secret security clearance. By that standard, most of the Dumbocrat bozo's who have run for the office in the last 50 years weren't qualified to hold the title of "Airman" that I had fixing computers in the Air Force. But we'll turn over the nuclear launch codes to any communist pinhead who can tell the correct lies on a few TV debates and get the backing of the Chicago Gang, MSNBC, and the New York Times.

On Monday, President Barack Obama delivered a monumental address to the nation. It wasn't monumental in terms of rhetoric -- in fact, it wasn't even memorable. It was monumental because it signaled for the first time just how grand Obama's ambitions for the left are. No longer is the left content to wage a war against Constitutional principles on behalf of a Marxist philosophical system. Now they will attempt to convince the American people that Constitutional principles dictate Marxism.
