Several years ago, I went into my polling place and was asked what my last name was and after I told her, she scanned the page and said my name wasn't there. I have the ability to read upside down and I quickly pointed out my name and she told me that that wasn't my name. I offered to show her my ID and she said she didn't want to see it. I told her that she either let me sign where my name was or I'd be calling the police. Guess what? She suddenly decided that that was my name that I had pointed out and allowed me to vote.
