In a small part, commuting cost of Fuel is last straw forcing workers to move in near proximity to their jobs, markets and support services. Add in welfare fraud supplementing income growth. The jobs are just not available while manufacturing is leaving for friendlier nations. The bubble is more Smoke and Mirrors. Insurance premiums continue to rise faster than the inflation index by mega amounts. Bubble bursting by Eco-Freaks,Insurance premiums and Tax and spend bureaucraps.

Has the U.S. housing bubble begun to reinflate?

In the past several months, there has been a lot of speculation to that effect, but so far, no one other than David Stockman has really come out and committed to an affirmative answer. And even Stockman didn't specify when such a new bubble in the U.S. housing market might actually have begun.
