Christianity is a full-time, rigorous religion. It is not a-la-carte. Going to church on Sunday is a start, but there must be more. You must live a Christian life. Prudence, Justice, Restraint, Courage, Faith, Hope, and Charity are expected day in and day out. Your faith is displayed in what you do throughout the week, not just in your attendence of Mass or services on Sunday (cf James 2:14-26). Anyone who says differently is either ignorant of Christianity, or is working to restrict your free exercise of religion.
