Not complaining about a thing! I have worked hard all my life and know the value of hard work. I have sufficient for my retirement. I am just not going worry about idiots like you anymore. And by the way my children and grandchildren also so know how to work and will be fine. Finally, you would be well served to speak less and listen more. At present you only reveal your utter lack intelligences.

I'm 63 and planning on retiring in the next year or so. And up until this election I actually worried about the debt that is piling up and its impact on future generations. But now that the majority of younger voters (because they know everything) voted to support the Progressive path (Obama). I will retire with a clear conscience. And when the country takes that proverbial ride in a handbasket. I doubt that I will be here to worry about. Oh, and for those of you presently living in Mommy's basement, guess what, Mommy won't be there to wipe your nose or other posterior parts. Good Luck! Laugh all you like now, but when America has transformed into a second rate Greece, it won't seem nearly so funny.
I live in Utah which is just about as Red and Conservative as a state can get. However, I have never voted a straight ticket even once. I have always done the research and voted for the best candidate. Not one of my votes was wasted. It was still my vote and my voice. This election is clear, Romney is far and away the best candidate, and all of us no matter where we live must make our voices heard! Finally, Mr. Girdusky you are simply wrong, there is a huge differences between the candidates, if you want a return to a monarchy simply vote for Obama or a third party.
Perhaps they vote because they earned the right, and even do some research.
Thanks for the reminder! I'm not so young anymore, but at times I do find myself growing overly impatient with someone who has grown old in the service of others.
Perhaps it is a necessary discussion. However, on election day, we as a country are at a crossroads, and the choice we make will affect this country for a long time. If the bottom drops out we are condeming our grandchildren to something significantly less than the America we knew and loved. Make no mistake four more years of Obama is the bottom dropping out of the barrel. All-in-all, Michael, I give your article a D-, and I have lost respect for your powers of reasoning!
