1. Valid identification to vote (proof of citizenship and actual residence). 2. Drug testing for entitlement recipients. 3. Proof of legal residency for entitlement recipients.

Obviously, Hamilcar Barca, you are a racist.

How about a dang birth certificate instead of ID....I have one and everyone who was born in the US of A has one too...heck, the government can even pay for the certified copy so that should not disenfranchise anyone...then, let's go back to the paper ballot where the hackers cannot "fix" your vote...and an armed military person escorting the ballots to the counting base and "plenty" of watchers to make sure that every vote is counted and counted correctly.

The only way that a valid voter identification can be carried out is proof of citizenship, as you stated. The only way that citizenship can be proved is with a US birth certificate, or a US passport, or with naturalization papers. Not a driver's license and a utility bill. Unfortunately, the American people are too dumb to figure this out. The American people think that just because you have a photo ID at the polls that you should be voting. Since nobody needs their US birth certificate to obtain IDs such as driver's licenses, then there is no way to prove anybody is eligible to vote. The biggest American scam in history is the belief that our system of voting is somehow legitimate. What a joke.

It would be nice if a birth certificate or US passport or naturalization papers were needed to get a drivers license. Even green cards used to get the drivers license, with a notation on the card that they are not citizens.

Correction: the American people have been deliberately dumbed down from their earliest school years through secondary schools and colleges.
Surprised? Not me. The Left has done an excellent, country-wrecking job.
Time to fix it.

Big bucks involved in phony I.D.'s. You looking for a Masters Degree Certificate. No problem.

Actually I had to produce a birth certificate last time I renewed my driver's license.

Wake up and smell the cappuccino, conservatives. This election offers devastating proof we must embrace immigration reform now. It’s our only hope! Not as the pandering stunt some Beltway geniuses argue will trick liberal minorities into voting conservative. Someone’s gotta be inhaling Colorado’s special herbs to think that’ll work.

No, we need immigration reform so Univision can hire more hard-working reporters to do the dirty jobs their American counterparts won’t, like, ask a few tough questions.

Imagine a press conference going like this:

Mr. President, it’s  reported your Attorney General knew your...
