There is no good generation to belong to anymore. Every generation is spoiled, selfish, and/or "using up resources others need.' Those using up resources are not, as one might imagine, welfare recipients and illegal aliens, but social security and medicare recipients.

Are you saying people get tempted by different sexual paraphilias? Are you suggesting that if a person gets tempted to do a certain behavior that temptation then becomes an identity?

To each there is a natural consequence, and to each there is a social consequence. Acts that harm society are condemned. They should be. There should be a social consequence. The punishment should fit the circumstances. This is not difficult. We try to make it difficult, because we have our agendas, but the truth is there to be seen if we can get over ourselves.

I couldn't make the choice to be gay. Everything being the same, no magic etc. It's called self control. I have made the decision to be monogamous and I am, even when tempted not to be. Gay is the same. I think I have the maturity and understanding to put aside a temptation that will make me unhappy and unhealthy in the long run. Most people can do this. It's not rocket science, just simple self-control.
