Medved's first unbroken rule (re-elected incumbents always win by more not less than the first time) is pretty compelling and argues Obama won't get re-elected since nobody expects him to get more support than 2008 except by Democrat fraud. The second "unbroekn" rule doesn't apply. Obama, unlike and other Chief Executive has discovered he can rule with an iron hand via executive fiat. No other President would have tried it but Obeyme has discovered he can unConstitutionally nullify and change any law singlehanded, like welfare reform and immigration ,with NO repercussions. His decrees seem to have the force of law. He has punched a hole through the Bill of Rights and dicovered that a POTUS can claim unlimited power.

A Democrat Senate won't impeach him and the Courts, from Roberts on down, have given him the green light with none to say him nay. Give him a second term and a Democrap Senate and we are finished as a free nation.
