The reservations in South Dakota are among the poorest counties in the entire country year after year. It is inconceivable to me that anyone living there would want to continue with the present social welfare system. It is destroying the Native American family structure and culture far more effectively than the US Cavalry. It's heartbreaking to drive through any reservation here and see what unchecked socialism looks like.

If only Rush operated a dog fighting enterprise...
