How would you believe anything that comes from this mouth or from his letter, someone who defies the US senate investigators in a legal hearing about putting guns into the hands of Mexican drug cartels, i.e: Fast & Furious" scandal that caused at least one US border patrol agents life. I still would like to see what has come of the case and how was Holder disciplined if any thing was even done. It is far time that the citizens of this country get some real answers on the questionable and illegal practices of our government officials, including the President. Our leaders are stepping far over the authority given to them by the laws and constitution. We need to stop them now, if it is not to late already.

More than one full day after Rand Paul launched his high-profile effort to extract an unambiguous answer from the White House on a fairly simple question on drone policy, the administration has at last complied with his request. The president does not have the Constitutional authority to order a drone strike on a non-combatant United States citizen on US soil.  Eric Holder seemed to say as much yesterday afternoon under aggressive and specific questioning from Ted Cruz, but now the administration's formal position is codified in writing:
