Mr Galens appears to be an advocate for the status quo, which is a plainly indefensible position. He appears to believe that just because 'great change can't be effected overnight" those who actually stand on principle should simply give up and go home! I could not disagree more strongly. Ron Paul spent many years as the ONLY voice in Washington demanding (and voting for) responsibility in legislation. There are now a number of people (but not 60) making that same demand. We should applaud their willingness to actually VOTE the way they campaigned, rather than joining forces with those they condemned before they were elected...
