While the stats in the cities you name may reflect what you say, so-called "Afro-Americans" (whatever that means) certainly have no corner on the market when it comes to immature use of guns. Have you ever heard of "Latino Gangs?" Check out the US/Mexico border area, where they're common. I think you'll also find they're a "not insignificant" factor in New York City, Chicago and L.A.. "WHITE" gangs? Have you ever heard of "Hells Angels" or "The Outlaws" or various other "Biker" groups? I think you'll find they're predominantly "Anglo" and their propensity for violence with guns is legendary! The scum of the earth (of every race) tend to arm themselves for violence, which is why law-abiding citizens need to do the same, in self defense...
