The Message Romney Missed

I told some on line that if the Republicans don't wake up, and Boehner grow a backbone and fight every effort of this administration to continue down the road to serfdom, we may be looking at a true conservative party to take the GOP's place. A Tea-Party or true Conservative party not them. They are moving toward being progressive-lite, and the consultants are pushing them that direction. I for one have withheld money from the main party and given straight to candidates. If they continue, they will be no more. It's to urgent a time for luke-warm liberalism.

First time I ever gave substantial money to a candidate. This piggy-bank is closed until the Reps get stop being embarrassed of their base.

The post mortems on the presidential campaign continue to pour in, the ones on the botched Romney effort the more interesting (and more depressing for those of us who supported him). President Obama was clearly vulnerable, and Mitt Romney clearly positioned to defeat him.

So what went wrong? Let me add my analysis. Three words: Message. Messenger. Messaging.

The messenger was flawed, unwilling to take risks, unprepared for the Obama political wrecking machine, left dazed and confused Election Night.

If inept messaging could be deemed a felony, this campaign was a crime against humanity. I've never seen...
