The IRS is already keeping peoples returns. The Atlanta office, which took over most of the south from Austin TX, over the last two years has come after people in the south with notices that "they are keeping our returns because we marked that they could" which is a lie, and then when we call and request our refunds be sent back, the unit Supervisor automatically marks the box that we said they can keep the money to use against our tax requirement next year. Our 2010 return refund was held until January 2012 on the lie that we said they could keep the money. It took contacting our Senator and Congressman to get it back them! If that can happen prior to O-B care coming on line, what will happen after that becomes the law of the land?
