Not widely known fact no 1: there is no money set aside in the Affordable Care Bill (O'Bama Care) to set up Federal exchanges in the states. NO MONEY. Which means if the states don't want to get sucked into a deep hole of debt, they need to decline to be a part of the system, because these is no financial mechanism to put Federal exhanges in any state. This was another unfunded ploy by the Fed to scare states into being a part of this fiasco.

With the president mobilizing for a barnstorming tour in support of massive tax hikes and to, in effect, overturn last week's vote to keep the House in GOP hands and the gavel in John Boehner's --details here on the president's plan-- the GOP is getting organized in the House and laying down markers.
