It would seem thie Woodland's church has gone the way of Saddlecreek and the purpose driven church. This heresy is spreading theu many SBC churches, and it stinks of Hades. If you read Revelations, there are t churches that are addressed: one is the church at Sardis followed by the church at Laodicia. Both are examples of end time churches. A progression of faithlessness that leads to the final conflict. In Sardis, the minister at the church was told " i know your works that thou hast a name, that thou livest and are dead" then to "strengthen that which remains that are ready to die, for I (God) have found thy works imperfect before God" This is the Woodland Church. Most of America's problems are cultural. Even our economic problems stem from the cultural rejection of personal responsibility and the acceptance of collective responsibility. And none of our problems would be as bad if the church was still shaping the culture instead of merely responding to it. I was reminded of this during my annual holiday trip home to The Woodlands, Texas.
