Hey, Barry & Harry, let's see that budget. We haven't had a budget for 2 years. Yet here they are arguing over the credit card limit. If you can't agree on what to cut, here's the easy way out: cut EVERYTHING 10%. Any program/item of less than 100 million, just delete it completely. Delete foreign aid to any country that has a history anti-US rallies. Start on axing specific programs on the next round of talks.
