God has plenty to say about it in the Bible - and His position on it hasn't ever changed. God allows us free choice, even if it's self-destructive - again clearly stated in the Bible. As far as man being unable to say what's wrong with it... how about starting with AIDS? How many millions have been spent on trying to cure and prevent that? That money could have been spent on many other things that could do everybody good - who don't bring on their own diseases by their behavior. Even if you don't believe in God, how can you explain homosexuality if you believe in evolution? They can't reproduce... so they'd die out without an active recruitment program. No matter how you look at it, it's unnatural and shouldn't be encouraged.

The current conundrum regarding the legalization of same-sex marriage is what happens when church and state are mixed -- the topics become confusing and confused.

When I married my husband almost 15 years ago, I did so out of love and out of a desire to witness before God my commitment to him and his to me. The legal and tax ramifications did not enter into my head.
