Separation of Government From Press

This is just a way of disseminating the government 'line'. I can't believe they would think of this! If this happened, like lots of things the past 5 years, in a Republican administration, there would be screaming from the media.

"we cannot rely on those in the media and in politics to tell us the truth" We need a trustworthy education system in America. Sadly, what we have is an education system that does NOT train an educated citizenry.

It is tragic, that here in America, "we cannot rely on those in the media and in politics to tell us the truth". We cannot even really trust our own government to tell us the truth. How can we ever expect the majority of our citizens, many of whom ONLY hear the mainstream media, TV and movies, the government education establishment, and the government 'line', to ever seek, or know the truth?
OK, so you raise the Minimum Wage to $20.00 and hour, and the price of hamburgers goes up. And I will choose to just make my hamburger at home. And the hamburger store goes out of business. You can't force anyone to pay the high price, at least not yet, in America.
Why not make the Minimum Wage a million dollars a year and we can all be rich!
Let's make the minimum wage $1 million a year and we can all be rich!

Colorado Massacre: No Causes, No Cures

Military-looking does not make it "military-grade" whatever that is. As far as I know the only thing that makes a firearm "military-grade" is automatic capabilities, which is illegal for civilians. Just because it looks like a military firearm does not make it operate any different from hunting firearms.
For a contrast just imagine kindergarten and elementary students of America today, or talk to an elementary teacher, and consider what these children are dealing with daily, and seeing and hearing daily at home and the media and among their peers. And compare that to elementary children of the 1960's and what their world was like before TV and music and video games, etc.
