If I were to "check" black or Indian on a form would someone protest when they saw my white color skin? How would they contest it, or verify it? Couldn't Obama just as accurately mark "white" on his form and be just as right as checking "black".

Because you cannot force an individual to attend Medical School and learn to be a physician/doctor. Neither can you force a physician/doctor to show up for work. Neither can you force a physician/doctor to give you the right diagnosis and treatment plan. The physician/doctor will have to be persuaded.
