I am very proud of my nation. I am not, however, proud of the current POTUS.
well said Rick.
ah, missed this. Thought I was being original. Should read others' post before offering identical sentiments.
Should have read, "before the decision is announced."
My guess is Kagan leaked the decision to Dems, and they are jumping on repeal bandwagon so they look like they are taking the higher ground (before the decision is made). They would look especially bad defending it, only to see it ruled unconstitutional, especially if it is a 6-3 decision.
what's the difference? Anyone could tell when either one is lying...Pinocchio, because his nose grows; obama, because his mouth is moving.

Romneycare is NOT unconstitutional. Obamacare is. Read the 10th amendment. Come on people. Your guy lost. It's time to focus on defeating Obama, not eating our own.

Exactly right Israel.
John, sounds like you are profiling the good Ms. Waters. Better hope the Revs. Jackson and Sharpton don't catch wind of this article.
Agreed. I voted Yes on Issue 2, but even some of my conservative colleagues voted no. And most just didn't vote. My whole family is so disgusted that we have vowed to vote against every tax levy ever put on the ballot, especially school levies. I used to vote for them because I had family in the schools, but never again. I don't care how tragic the schools get or how many teachers must be laid off. I'm dying under property taxes to fund these people's salaries and pensions, and they make more than I do and have way better benefits. The collective bargaining system is the ultimate scam.
