Take this example a person who goes to church every week and to work every day and would never violate the rights of another. He is snorting cocaine is seen and arrested his property seized after finding a larger amount of the drug and he is sent to prison. Is the rights violator not the person who kidnapped and stole the property of the American? The Constitution is the document to control these kinds of issues because how can a man that can't govern himself (as we see so often in Congress, Police, Judges ect) able to govern others.

Young Libertarians are just that. However I don't see how you can say Libertarians are without morals. How is it moral to come after someone maybe even a Christian pot smoker when he is violating no ones rights? The immoral person is the one that condones that. Conservatives say the believe in Freedom What is freedom if not the ability for an adult to do what he wants if he violates no ones rights? If he does violate rights he than is arrested.
