When the employees of an organization have so little faith in their own work that they won't subject their own children to it that work needs to be upgraded. When they are paid so much they can afford the premium cost of sending their kids to the best specialists in their own field they are being paid too much.
BTW - all City of Chicago employees, including cops, firemen, and teachers, are required by city ordinance to live in the city. Many make so much money that there "vacation homes" in the suburbs and in Wisconsin are worth 4 or 5 times as much as their city homes.
I am not for mandating any type of schooling. I support home schooling, private schooling, and public schooling. BTW my Mother did too and taught in public and private schools and sent her kids to both and homeschooled too.
There are a whole lot of doctors, lawyers, etc. that are being paid too much then.
Kiss that goodbye under Obamacare, where doctors won't be paid, by your standards, "too much."
