You want more skin in the game? Get rid of every federal tax but a national sales tax. Then we don't have to worry about paying more taxes to make up for all the "cash under the table" and the "rich" can't lobby for anymore "loopholes". We all pay at the checkout. And EVERYONE checks out something...! But, that is too easy to do and too hard for politicians to manipulate for favors so it will never happen.
