Paris proper has had a declining population for decades. It's getting to be like Venice. Only a few super-rich can afford to live within the city itself, but in the daytime it looks full because it fills because of the tourists and the commuters.

They ban him every day. It's one guy, a certain Ray Ancel. Today he's using two computers at the same time. I think he either has access to so many computers that he can just switch whenever he gets banned, or has some way of changing his IP address while using the same unit. Not sure. If I was TH I would hire an expert in cybersecurity just to figure out what it is he's doing.
They are trying to sell the idea to people who will buy cigarettes and twinkies before they think about formula for the baby. The builders know how stupid that is. That's why none are signing up. Waste of time.
