2. For February 2013, the "U6 "total unemployed" statistic from the Bureau of Labor Statistics reported that 14.4% of Americans were unemployed. Over 23 million Americans are struggling without work, and they should have the full attention of Congress. However, the President wants to grant Amnesty to 11 million illegals. This radical action would automatically inject millions of new job competitors into a weak recovering economy. These previously illegal people would now be eligible to apply for work reserved for legal American citizens and residents. How is that "FAIR" to unemployed American citizens?
