"Economic Freedom of the World" data (available on Goggle) measures the degree to which the policies and institutions of countries are supportive of economic freedom – the cornerstones of which is personal choice, voluntary exchange, freedom to compete, and security of privately owned property. This year's rating has the United States ranked #18 in the world, six behind the UK, against whom we went to war in 1776 to acquire our "economic freedom. " Am I the only one who thinks we need less cooperation and more "nitpicking" "name-calling” and division between the two parties? Secession? So? Medved is the one living in neo-con fantasy land.
