Both of these provisions should be struck. I called my Senator and Congressman. Any move by the government to limit a citizen's mobility is cause for concern. There is no need for black box in autos. Makes you wonder what legislative aides do. Does anybody read these things. If Barbara Boxer sponsored this this that alone should make you sharpen the red pencil. If nothing else Obamacare should have taught everyone to read the bill before voting on it.

Hold on to your car keys (and passports). A transportation bill which contains some bizarre requirements is making its way through Congress and is expected to become law. The Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century, or MAP-21 has already passed in the Senate and is expected to pass in the House. After that, it will receive President Obama's signature.
