And he is doing a heck of a job unleasing the FBI on American officials and citizens. And an even better job of "withholding" information from the President until it is politically correct. In addition to the Fast and Furious debacle and all the dead that left in its wake, if he did not inform the President of General Petraeus' affair until after the election then he should go. But he never will. He is too critical to the destruction of the rule of law. I see dead people.

If he were to go, he'd take Obama down with him. They have no loyalty to anyone but themselves. They'll sacrifice anyone to save their own necks.

Attorney General Eric Holder apparently has enough "gas left in the tank." He's staying in his position as the head of the Department of Justice for Obama's second term.
