In 2011 there were 32,310 deaths and 2.22 MILLION injuries on the highways in the US. I say if they are going to take away our guns, then they should look at taking away cars, too. More deaths, more injuries... oh, and we have a Constitutional Right to bear arms but not drive. Blaming guns for deaths is as stupid as blaming cars. The people who use them are the problem, not the guns. But we can't let something like Constitution Rights stand in the way of biased, liberal agendas to take America down.

After staying silent for four days, the National Rifle Association has issued a statement about the horrific shooting last week in Newtown, Connecticut.

The National Rifle Association of America is made up of four million moms and dads, sons and daughters – and we were shocked, saddened and heartbroken by the news of the horrific and senseless murders in Newtown.

Out of respect for the families, and as a matter of common decency, we have given time for mourning, prayer and a full investigation of the facts before commenting.
