Wow. I'm a Rand Paul fan for no other reason -- there must be many -- after seeing this video defending Apple. Bravo! Compare this passionate, logical and fair man to the one we have "running" the country. Oh, man, are we hosed if we don't do something to reverse the damage. Rand Paul: Inauguration 2017.

Are you kidding? Did you not watch any news or pay attention to anything back then? Protest, Cindy S, burning efficies, et al. Can't believe you are so willingly selective about facts and history.

Hillary Clinton's Big Benghazi Lie

Apparently, Bush lied (never proven); people died. Now we know Obama lied (just proven); people died. Bush pays forever; Obama gets a pass forever. Dang, I’m betting Bush wishes he were a black Democrat without Texas swagger. Americans, be not proud.
Yes, death is a part of life. For starters, then, you sir shouldn't mind dying and that of course has all kinds of implications not the least of which is why you don't then go do some real job that is risky to life, like work on adoptions from Liberia. Second, why then do you object to 4,000 lives lost in Iraq? A hell of a lot more people were born, i.e. given life, in that same period so I guess, heck, the 4,000 just don't count. What does it matter, anyway?

Benghazi: Are We A Nation Run By Fools?

The reasons is: Obama -- and Clinton -- believe, and have a tacit understanding that America will never again send real people in to fight something unless (a) it is just a few; (b) it is very very temporary; (c) the risk is very very very low; and (d) the causal factors are crystal clear and will stand the test of time. Obama realizes that in spite of the bad economy, Bush is actually saddled -- and McCain and less so Romney -- paid the price -- with a bad choice on an ultimately unpopular war -- regardless of the arguable compelling reasons to topple Saddam.
Discrimination!!!!! Against me, a hetero. A gay man can play basketball and take shower with other gay men. But no, he's not supposed to be attracted to them. But wait, nobody anywhere in the NBA would let me, if I were a player, take team showers with a woman, even if I did nothing. To me, this is the unstated and illogical piece of this. On the one hand, gays deserve the same opportunity as heteros. But in fact, they have MORE opportunities because they get to do what just about every hetero man would want to do: Take showers with the gender of your sexual orientation attraction. If gays and Jason defenders think its different, no way. He loves men. I love women. He can take showers with men. I can't take NBA showers with...
No, we don't. Almost at all.
COULD NOT AGREE MORE. WELL SAID, WELL FRAMED, WELL CONCEIVED. AM WITH YOU ALL THE WAY.

The Fool Says, ‘There is no God’

The more pressing issue is not whether there is God or not but if one exists, is it a Christian God, i.e. one that matters in our daily lives with all the rules and the Jesus-dead-Jesus-alive theme and creation of THIS world with all its evil and chance and suffering. If its just some kind of creator, fine, who cares; that's why I'm agnostic, not atheist. How the hell could I "know"? In a cosmic sense, I'm just a fish in a bowl and all I should have to do, to be loved by a God and "saved" should be to be a fish! But Christian God, organized God requires me to live to specific rules, to get some water on my forehead in order to be saved. No, those are man-made constructs that have nothing to do with Bang or not.
Just more "proof" that the Hill is getting ready to run for the Big One. She has to get all the normal obstacles out of the way before then. Political expediency, in my book. Real adults have been thinking about their attitude toward gay rights and gayness in general for decades. It seems rare to change one's mind. No, she need to make sure there are no lockouts to the Nomination. Hillary will not be denied in 2016 and once committed to run, will do anything to win.
I sure wish your premise was the case but this seems a classic example of coming to a conclusion based on belief and then finding data to match up and "prove" it. The flaw here is that these are two completely different themes. Apples and oranges. Movies about the death of Osama vs. movies about typical nameless servicemen are not equal marketing propositions. Sorry, you have not removed competing variables. Conclusion: Inconclusive.
