In response to:

How Democrats Can Get What They Want: Agree With Republicans

The reason they will never agree to anything Republicans offer is Bible School simple, spite. Timothy Geitner not too long ago told Paul Ryan that Democrats didn't have a solution to the debt crisis, they only knew they didn't like his. In other words, they are rejecting the solution out of spite. It is not ideological, it is not economic theory, it is not reasoning, it is quite simply infantile, childish, spite. Spoiled babies are running the country.

Obama and Dems in Congress have only one Objectivel--destroy the Republican Party. It's not taxes or balance or sanity that drives them. It is pure hate and desire to destroy. They want to replace religion with the Dem agenda. The power of gods over men, that is their goal.

Which is why it's odd to see them drawing a line in the sand on raising tax rates.

Raising marginal income tax rates is one of the most economically harmful ways to raise taxes. (The only provisions of the tax code that are more damaging are the corporate income tax and taxes on savings and investments.) Perhaps the only explanation is that Democrats don't actually care about...
