Explaining Evil

There is a source of evil, his name is Lucifer. His greatest influence in this world is through those who deliberately deny God's existence. Many, if not all of these people are liberals who believe they are the captains of their own souls. As such they are easy pickings for Lucifer and he uses them well, destroying cultures, and nations, and the faithful until ultimately nothing is left. It is no mystery they cannot perceive it, because they are neck deep in it. They cannot acknowledge the existence of evil because to do so would be to admit to the existence of God, and they will literally be damned before they do that.

I know this sounds harsh to many but there is mindset in this world that refuses to acknowledge God no matter how much evidence there is of his existence. I should have said "they would rather be damned before they do that". They always have a choice and a chance to repent before it is too late, problem is they have no guarantee they will live that long.

Trying to explain an evil act like the one that killed 20 children and six adults at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn., is on a par with explaining how the universe was formed.

The natural human reaction after extending sympathy and prayers for the victims and their families is to ask what actions might have been taken to prevent the massacre. More gun laws? Connecticut already has some of the strictest gun laws in the nation. Those laws did not prevent a man with evil intent from carrying out his heinous act.
