The false narrative is that those who identify as homosexual cannot marry in all states. They can and have always had the equal opportunity to marry in any state.Those who identify as homosexual do not want to abide by the same requirements as all other American citizens--so they run to the courts for special treatment.

Allahpundit's tongue-in-cheek pool is dwindling, as another "evolving" Democrat has hopped aboard the same-sex marriage bandwagon.  This one's a bit of a surprise, though.  North Carolina Sen. Kay Hagan, who's widely considered to be one of the most vulnerable Democrats up in 2014, is taking the plunge:
