I think that Lenin, Stalin and their morally bereft, blindly obedient minions did the killing, not God, not the Tzars. Extrapolating that the genocides of collectivist-atheist regimes are the fault of the believers in God is quite simply a fabulously stupid bit of transference. Your frazzled edges are showing.

Well technically everything is God's fault. he's omnipotent and omnipresent so he knew all this would happen when he created us.

I thought you wouldn't want a God that stuffed Himself down your throat, the only way that it would be possible to insure you never did anything evil.

Yes, He did know it. He thought we were worth creating anyways.

Romans 1 says that He has revealed Himself to us, but that we have rejected Him, therefore He has turned us over to our own sins. To blame the Lord for our rebellion, and the consequences, is like blaming Willy Wonka for all the horrifying kids who met their near-demise throughout the chocolate factory. And not even Charlie was exempt from sin. He was just the only one who repented. LOL, how's that for a parable?
