Both GM and GE are producing in Communist China now so they are written off in my book. Lost arzz with GM to the Union boys and girls. GE producing those curly light bulbs that take time to light up an area and loaded with murcury. Don't drop one because it will shatter and cause mercury to escape. Takes a hazardous team to come in and clean the area. God Bless Ford, they stuck it out and didn't take stimulus (our tax dollars) to bail them out. Don't fall into the "ineptocracy" because this will only cause more 'least capable' to be elected by the least capable to produce... Gov. Walker has paved the way. Don't let him down after all of his hard work!

I am in the Market for a new truck and you can bet it will not be a GM or Chr.
Looks to be for sure a F-250 Ford.

Good people in Louisville build Ford trucks.

GM will never pay off their loan. The only payment they have made is with TARP (taxpayer) money. Did you see where GM wrote an open check (mostly taxpayer money again) for palladium from the only supplier in the western hemisphere, effectively choking out the rest of the auto makers. Using taxpayer money GM will screw the taxpayers forever (don't forget, government employees don't pay taxes, their pay is private sector taxes). Government cannot pay their expenses because they don't generate any income.
By the way, Chrysler (a foreign company) borrowed money and paid off their loan some time ago. Said they couldn't deal with the government.

Our first ford truck 79, was still going strong over 30 years later!!!
Our second Ford truck a 2000 F250 diesel is being by our son, and he LOVES it!!! It was too hard for this old granny with 2 needed knee replacements to get in and out of, but it was a wonderful truck, I don't think you can go wrong with a Ford truck!!!

OK, so there are many readers who have better things to do than enjoy Townhall Finance on Sundays.

I can't imagine that's true but, then I don't understand a world that celebrates Ralph Nader, Jerry Brown or Donald Trump- yet alone takes them seriously politically.

I guess it's true however that my Sunday readers enjoy what long-time readers call Email, Hate Mail and Comments from Readers. It's what we orginally called my Sunday mailbag piece until I stopped being lazy and came up with new names for it every Sunday.

I republish last Sunday's edition here so that those of you busy filling out...
