I'm always amused how rich libs say they should pay more taxes. Nothing prevents them from paying it NOW. When the taxes _do_ go up they get their accountants to find a way out - just like everybody else. I would NOT volunteer to pay more tax. They're at the 50% point already what with SS, medicare tax, state tax, property tax, federal tax, sales tax, disability tax, excise tax and then the FEES...... Taxed Enough Already!!

Ever notice that these "tax me more" goobers are almost invariably trust fund kiddies who themselves do little or nothing to earn their wad? Or, they're A-list celebs who get 8 figures to do a few performances a yr. They all hang out with top Demmies & other members of the elite ruling class & buy into their kleptocratic statism because they don't have much of a real stake.

IIRC about 2 yrs ago 1 of these stupid movements was fronted by a college prof who turned out to have a trust fund(?) paying him about $600K/yr.

You don't see this kind of nonsense from those who really & truly WORK & take risks for their hi earnings. It's nothing but demagoguery & misdirection from the real issue of government ballooning to totalitarianism.

A-list celebs... Did you know that if you are making a film in Hungary, Romania, the Czech Republic, etc. - you are PAID in that country? And are NOT subject to US taxes for that income?

Never mind that when the tax rates are raised, these same screaming babies will gather their accountants to ensure they pay less, using every possible trick allowed by that ridiculous 80,000 page tax code to worm out of paying any more taxes. It is not they that should pay more, it is the producers...

Barack Obama wants you to know that the rich are out of control.

And I partially agree. It’s a matter of fairness.

After thinking about it for a few years, he has finally figured out that our economic problems have a very simple explanation: There are too many rich people.

I know of at least one too many.

Too many rich people are causing a jobless “recovery.” Having too many rich people caused gas prices to go up, the stock market to go down and the housing bubble to burst. Too many rich people meant that a peaceful...
