How Government Handouts Create Life-Sapping Dependency

Legitimately there are some people who need assistance, so be it. However, there are far more who are on the dole, and illegitimately. In a lifetime I have run into a few, who could work, but just won't.furthermore they have the "why should I" attitude. Well, guess they don't get the concept of self respect, sense of accomplishment. I had a constable serving eviction paper on a tenant and the constable told me the situation is GENERATIONAL, as he knows the grandmother, mother , and now the latest generation, my tenant.
