On Obamacare (and Guns), We Won't Comply

I have read the constitution about twenty times, and I have to disagree with the black robed traitor, John Roberts. Not being a lawyer or constitutional teacher, I am still smart enought to read and understand what I read and I can tell you there is nothing, absolutely nothing in the constitution that gives the government this sort of control by making us participate in commerce so that we can be taxed for doing can throw in TSA and the Patriot Act into that stew also.

And yes your opinion means nothing.

And these are only the most visible tips of the iceberg of essentially illegal laws (from the perspective of the constitution and the bill of rights). Illegal laws, now there is an oxymoron...

The first thing I thought about Roberts decision was this, what do they have on him?
magnetar Wrote: Dec 30, 2012 9:59 AM
they have something I'm sure. probably Kiddie porn...

I am both a lawyer and constitutional scholar, and I agree with you completely. The Constitution is written in rather plain language. If there is any question concerning what was intended by the document, the founders provided significant assistance ih the Federalist Papers. Someone should read them to Roberts some time.

I think Roberts has been suborned. They found something on him and he is no longer accountable for giving truthful legal opinions. That's the only logical explanation I can figure out.

What was the intention of the Ninth Amendment?
Jim69 Wrote: Dec 31, 2012 7:30 PM
And yet your opinion has no force of law whatsoever.
magnetar Wrote: Dec 30, 2012 9:36 AM
I read the same constitution and come to the same conclusions and I have a JD from Georgetown.
shubi_ Wrote: Dec 30, 2012 9:38 AM
You must have earned the JD some time ago, because now the law school is a communist indoctrination camp.
magnetar Wrote: Dec 30, 2012 9:45 AM
I did, in 1992, but I grew up under communist rule so I'm well versed in the propaganda tactics
caronowitz Wrote: Dec 30, 2012 10:04 AM
Ditto. My JD is from Brooklyn Law School.

Roberts probably sowed seeds for the second war of northern aggression.

Americans know instinctively that when liberals start talking about deficit reduction that’s it’s just a case of the fantods, as Huckleberry Finn would say. And say what you will about old Huck, but he knew a couple of frauds when he saw them.

No matter what liberal “Wonks” like Ezra Klein say about the historically dumb healthcare “reform” known as Obamcare, Americans are uneasy about it.

And they should be.

More and more law-abiding Americans say that they have constitutional objections to the healthcare and liberty land grab by the Obama administration.

Coming next? It could be guns! ...
